Two months after the preliminary agreement is signed, another 30% are to be paid and in another three months another installment of 20% is to be made. The last installment is due upon completion. Then the title of ownership is transferred on the name of the Buyer. This happens before a notary in the legally required form- with a notary deed. The Buyer covers all costs related to this procedure: the Notary fees, stamp duty, fee for issuing copy of the notary deed, atto ey's fee.

MAINTENANCE FEES IN SAINT GEORGE
