Materials and finish works The residential area has a modern infrastructure which includes gasification, wide asphalt streets, street lighting, underground cabling, fire-plugs and unique planting, which will turn it to a nice place for living. The houses are distinguished for the high quality of construction work. The construction is monolith, with brick masonry of Austrian thermal insulated ceramic cell-bricks. During the first two years, and namely 2008 and 2009, the owners of the plots are not paying any expenses for gardening service, cleaning and maintenance of Terres. After this period they will be obliged to pay an annual tax for maintenance of the residential area, calculated on the basis of expenses planned for the coming year. The Investor is obliged to give detailed information at the general meeting of the residents in Terres about the planned expenses for the current year.
