‘Tonyko property’ welcomed its first probationers for summer 2010. Nikoleta Gancheva, Maria Rangelova – students from the English Language School and Gabriela Georgieva from an English class in the Humanitarian High School do not only have excellent computer and Internet knowledge, but they also speak perfect English.
For a period of two months during the summer vacation the girls will study how they can deal with marketing and internet marketing in the real estate field under the guidance of their mentor Laska Nenova. What they learn will be immediately put into practice by translating into English property offers from the website of the agency, regularly writing their own blogs, analyzing and using key words and promoting the information in the Internet social networks.
For Nikoleta and Maria this is not their first meeting with the agency. In March, as participants in the “Manager for a day” initiative, they spent a day in the company’s office familiarizing themselves with the organization of work and the management of the real estate agency. Impressed by their knowledge, ambition and desire to study, we developed the idea of ‘Manager for a day” into a summer educational placement with scholarships payment.
We believe that this placement will be of use not only to the three girls, but to the Agency as well. ‘Tonyko property’ gets competently translated into English property offers, promotion of the website and the attraction of new clients. The girls will be given a scholarship that they have decided to invest in their summer holiday by the sea. In addition, Maria, Nikoleta and Gabriela will have the opportunity to add to their knowledge and faculties and to acquire competitive advantages. We wish them to keep developing in the same spirit!
